Hey buddy,

Second edition of this series and already a pattern is showing up — the highest-paying listings this week weren't from unknown startups. They were from people who've already built something real and are hiring again.

That's not a coincidence. When someone's built a company once, they hire faster, pay better, and skip the 5-round interview theater.

Four listings today, and the pay ranges are the most concrete we've seen yet.

Job 1: DevRel or Long-Form Writer at Tenex (via Alex Lieberman)

Who's hiring: Alex Lieberman (@businessbarista) — co-founder of Morning Brew, one of the most successful newsletter media companies ever built. He's now building Tenex Labs, an applied AI company.

The role: Two openings. One is DevRel for an AI company working with Fortune 500s. The other is a long-form writer who'd own their newsletter, site content, AI playbooks, and research reports.

Pay: Not listed — but Lieberman's Morning Brew background means this is a real media operation, not a side project. Expect market rate or above.

Who this is for: The writer role is the one worth your attention — if you can write research-backed, playbook-style content (which is exactly what The Layman's AI does), this is a company that will actually value that skill.

The catch: Tenex is described as "on track to end the year at Series C size" after launching 15 months ago — that's hypergrowth pace, which means high output expectations from day one. Not a slow-ramp role.

How to apply: DM @businessbarista on X. Specify which role — DevRel or long-form writer.

Job 2: Growth Marketer for Hume Health (UK/EU)

Who's hiring: Aniruddha Mishra (@adswithani), Director of Growth at Hume Health — a real health tech company (Body Pod body composition device, 1.2M+ users, scaled to $2M/month in affiliate revenue alone).

The role: Own growth for the UK/EU market — paid media, creative strategy, and ideally CRO. Testing angles, improving funnels.

Pay: $4,000–$7,000/month based on experience, plus performance upside. This is a named number, which is rare and worth noting.

Who this is for: Someone with real paid media chops who can show what they've built — the post specifically asks for AI-native operators who can demonstrate their work, not just talk about it.

The catch: "High ownership, fast execution" is code for minimal hand-holding. If you need a structured onboarding process, this isn't it — you're expected to already know how to run this.

How to apply: DM @adswithani on X, ideally with a portfolio or specific results you can show.

Job 3: Full-Time Creative Strategist at GrowthHub Agency

Who's hiring: Lorenzo (@lorenzo_pravata) — runs Meta Ads and performance creative work, claims $100M+ generated for clients, scaling brands past $1M/month.

The role: Creative Strategist, full-time. 2+ years in creative strategy or digital marketing, agency experience preferred.

Pay: Not listed. But there's a $2,500 referral bonus if you refer someone who gets hired — a strong signal this is a real, funded role, not a "pay in exposure" gig.

Who this is for: Performance marketing folks who understand what makes an ad convert, not just what makes it look good.

The catch: "Agency experience preferred" means this is a competitive listing — 3,432 views and 52 comments already. Move fast and lead with specific results, not a general pitch.

How to apply: Comment "ME" on the post or DM @lorenzo_pravata directly.

Job 4: Creative Strategist for a $60M/yr Telehealth Brand (via Cotrain)

Who's hiring: Cotrain (@cotrainai) — a talent marketplace connecting people with high-paying remote roles, posting on behalf of a $60M/year DTC telehealth brand.

The role: Direct-response creative strategist. Hooks, awareness levels, mechanisms, long-copy VSLs. They want someone who's studied 50+ winning ads and understands the patterns underneath them.

Pay: This is the most transparent comp structure in this issue — $8,000–$16,000/month guaranteed base while you ramp, then uncapped performance bonuses on top. The post notes their top strategist made over $25K last month.

Who this is for: This is specific — they want someone who lives in the Dominican Republic, is a native static and long-copy writer, and has run creative on health, telehealth, or nutra offers before. If that's not your background, this one isn't for you no matter how good the comp looks.

The catch: The DR-residency requirement is unusual and non-negotiable-sounding — likely a cost/timezone/compliance structure on their end. Read that as a hard filter, not a preference, before you spend time applying.

How to apply: Reply to or DM @cotrainai on X.

My take:

The Cotrain listing is the one to study even if you can't apply. That comp breakdown ($8-16K guaranteed base plus uncapped bonus) is exactly how you should expect serious direct-response and creative roles to be structured.

If a remote listing won't give you a number, that's not automatically a red flag, but a listing that does give you a number this specific is telling you the company actually tracks performance and pays for it.

Pro tip: When a job has a residency requirement (like the DR one), it's almost always about payroll, tax structure, or timezone overlap with their existing team and not about you personally.

Don't waste a DM arguing you can "work the same hours from anywhere."

Companies with structured comp plans usually built the residency requirement into their legal and payroll setup already, and it won't bend for one applicant.
