New Side Hustle Experiment Is Live!
Hey buddy,
Two things today. A new experiment, and something I've been quietly building for you.
The new experiment: GTMJobsHQ.com
If you've been around a while, you know how this works.
I pick a business, build it in public, and tell you how it actually goes, good and bad.
Koldbound, my cold email agency, was the last one.
I wound it down at the end of September. Not because cold email doesn't work (it does), but because I didn't have the time to do it properly, and I couldn't answer the question "what am I doing differently from the 500 other agencies?" That's a lesson on its own.
If you are new here and don’t know what am I talking about, read here
So here's the next one: GTM Jobs HQ, a job board for go-to-market roles.
Think sales, growth, marketing, RevOps. The people who actually bring in the revenue.
Why a job board?
It runs on a simple loop: get job seekers to show up, and companies will pay to reach them
It's niche on purpose. A "jobs for everyone" board is a losing game. A board for one type of role has a shot
I tried it once before in 2023 too but couldn’t make it bigger due to lack of knowledge. It was called FactoryJobsHQ (for manufacturing jobs)
I’ve always read about job boards being a good business and honestly, I wanted to run one. The tools to build now are much better, so I am once again betting on this
Why go-to-market?
I didn’t pick this niche at random.
I’ve lived in it. Cold email, Reddit marketing, ghostwriting for sales people. Most of my online career has been GTM work. I know who these people are and where they hang out.
Companies never stop hiring for it. Sales and marketing roles are tied directly to revenue. When a company wants to grow, these are the first seats it fills.
The turnover is high. People in sales roles switch jobs often. That means a steady flow of openings and a steady flow of job seekers.
Big job boards are noisy. Search “growth marketer” on a general job site and you’ll get a lot of noise. A board built for one type of role is easier to search.
Employers will pay. A good sales hire pays for itself. Companies don’t mind spending money to find one.
The Niche is growing. The job postings more than doubled in just 1 year and that is a good sign to build something in this niche.

That’s the theory, anyway. Now I find out if it holds up.
The board is already live with jobs posted. Go poke around: GTMJobsHQ.com
I'll share what's working (and what isn't) in upcoming issues. No hype, just the real numbers as they come.
One more thing: The Moolah Letter
Here's the thing about these experiments. In the newsletter, I can only give you the highlights. The full playbook, every tool, every step, every mistake, doesn't fit in an email.
So I'm putting it somewhere it does fit.
The Moolah Letter is a monthly PDF that breaks down each experiment step by step, so you can run it yourself if you want to.
Issue #1 (drops Oct 31): The full Koldbound breakdown. How I set up a cold email agency, what it cost, what I'd do differently
Issue #2 (drops Nov 30): GTMJobsHQ, from zero to a live job board
A new issue lands on the last day of every month
Join anytime and you get every back issue
It's $19/month. Cancel whenever.
This is a soft launch. No countdown timers, no "doors closing" stuff. I'm telling you first because you're the people I'd want reading it.
If you have any questions about either one, just hit reply. I read everything.
Talk soon,
Kris
